Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos or videos of the product
Photos of the shipping package (if applicable)

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made products
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was sent.
